Many leaders describe their organization as too complex. In many cases, what they see is not technical complexity. It is unclear ownership, overlapping decisions, and too many priorities running in parallel.

Technology rarely creates complexity on its own. People create it through indecision, misalignment, and the absence of clear direction.

If you want to reduce complexity, do not start with systems. Start with decisions, focus, and accountability.
