The architect's value won't disappear; it will shift toward interpretation, validation, and ethical decision-making. They will represent the expert-in-the-loop.

Architects will start focusing on business capabilities, no longer on systems. The switch of the focus will define how fast organizations can move.

Future architecture will be less about integration and more about orchestration of modular business capabilities. But on a rock-solid integration ground.

3- Architecture as a Service

Ivory-tower governance and architecture will be finally left behind. Architecture is moving into an outcome-driven, fast-paced, and pragmatic approach.

Each of these trends changes how we design, lead, and deliver within the organization.
